Can someone please tell me how to reduce the image area surrounding a logo in Freehand 4?

Is it even possible to use this app to make professional quality line art? I'm trying to make a business logo for letterheads, etc. The main problem I'm having at the moment is that I can't make the image area small. I can reduce the size of the logo, but the image area is still 8.5x11. As a result, I can't use the logo, because it's surrounded by a huge blank area!!

Am I using the wrong app for this?

I used to do graphic design years ago, before it was done on computers. So I'm only familiar with the old fashioned methods. I could have knocked out this simple logo in a few minutes by hand, but it still wouldn't do me any good if I can't print it out on the computer, so I'm stuck. I've wasted a couple of days on this already! Help!

Change the page size to the size of the logo.

Freehand 4 is very old now.

Or use Quark and place the image on the page, having saved it as an EPS.

If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.
