imported EPS disappears when i export to PDF!

I'm working on a FH10 document which includes a few imported Photoshop EPSs, (EPS because of clipping paths).

My printer requires that I export my FH10 document to PDF for final output. Upon doing this, the imported Photoshop EPS files disappear.

Does anybody know why this happens, and what to do about it?
