Is anyone familiar with IRM (Information Resource Manager) Web-based Asset Management software?

We are a small consulting firm that visits about 30 clients with small networks (5-40 users). We need a way to track the hardware and software install and history for each client. Our primary need is documentation.

I have had some exposure to IRM; It is provided at no cost, which is the real attraction to the program. What are the software requirements to run this software? I am wondering if it requires MS SQL or another database program on the backend.
