Installing Symposium Express Call Centre Client

I have been trying to install the above onto Windows NT Workstation SP6. I keep getting a message saying that
"Nortel Networks Symposium requires Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 or higher. The installation will not proceed until the service pack has been applied"

Even when I install service pack the install will not go past this message.

Has anyone had this probem before ??

Did you try installing Sp3 and then upgrading to 6?
