Interactive soft keys programming

Hi, Starplus manual is not clear on interactive soft key programming. I will call vodavi on this soon.

BTW, this is the 1st phone system i've installed.

What functions would be good/useful to program into interactive keys ? (small 6 extension medical doctor)

I would like to program one to do a page all and another to answer the page ( i believe this can be done!) and would liek to program all extensions to do this.

any suggestions? TY in advance.

BTW thank you ttech for prior input on turning the correct bits for system back up.

The right key to scroll through them and the left and center to pick the feature. It is not anyhing that is programmable. If the feature is on the 8th screen
I guess you have to press the right key 8 times every time.

HOw about this one if you have the time to comment:

when programming a flex key, how do you make it configured on all extension ?

When you do a flash 50 you would then put in range 100148 and any programming you do would pertain to the range specified In this case it would be 100-148

I may be going to a seminar this week for starplus.
I have talked to vodavi tech support a few times, and generally not very impressed with them. Once asking about line queue and its funcion, their response was " i don't know anyone using it" ..

I managed some programming (most confusion was about pages A and B) but the camp on and voice over off hook ( or OHVO) didnt' work for me .

is camp on set by default, sure looks like it, but i couldn't make it work .


What other systems do you know inside/out? and thnx for your complete knowledge of STS system.

I actually just started working with the Vodavi stuff.

I have been working on the avaya stuff since I was 15 so I have about 15 years of AT&T , Lucent and avaya under my belt.
