we have 2 IPO units formed in an SCN. All of the outside calls go through the IPO at point b, where their is a PRI.
they are connected via an SCN connected network and local and long distant calls flow pretty seamlessly. our current ARS short codes are as follows

0N; 9N Dial 3K1 1 (line group) connection to site b
1N; 9N Dial 3K1 1
XN; 9N Dial 3K1 1
11; 9911 Dial emergency 1
911; 9911 Dial emergency 1

Those all work correctly and the calls flow smoothly. But now we need to add international calls to the mix, and i am getting a little mixed up. I know each of these calls will start with 011, xx (2 digit country cod) then an 8 or 9 digit telephone number

suggestions on the correct short code to handle these??

Thanks

According to E.164 Country Codes can be between 1 to 3 digits and subscriber numbers up to 12 digits so the max length of an international number is 15 digits.
8 or 9 digit subscriber number may be the most common but it can be more or less depending on the country.

Guess you want a shortcode 011N / 9011N.

0N; will match any call beginning with 011, so you're already covered.

System A
System short code 9N / Dial / N / ARS:50 Main
User dials 9-011-331-6030-6031
System short code strips off the leading 9 and sends 011-331-6030-6031 to ARS 50
ARS 50 matches 0N;, sends 9-011-331-6030-6031 to System B

System B
System short code 9N / Dial / N / ARS:50 Main
Number received is 9-011-331-6030-6031, strips off the leading 9 and sends 011-331-6030-6031 to ARS 50
ARS 50 matches 0N; and sends 011-331-6030-6031 to the PRI

I did read it that way too first but realized then that 0N / 9N will strip the 0 and add 9.

Janni, you're right!

ARS 0N; / 9N needs to be 0N; / 90N

and

ARS 1N; / 9N needs to be 1N; / 91N

Thanks for keeping me straight

i appreciate the help, and the issue was the zero getting stripped off, adding 9... and dialing 911. That wasnt exactly what was wanted :) Janni you were dead on... and it worked great... Thanks much
