Internet Explorer open with a blank page instead of web site

Hi
I am guessing that maybe you are getting page not displayed if so:
You could check your hosts file:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Open the Host file using notepad and see if there aren't any 127.0.0.1 entries then proceeding with a web address
If so a virus may have blocked the site
If its not along them lines you may want to try this utility...
If you go to the "Utilities" option on the left hand side, it will take you to a page and right at the bottom of the list look for "Blank Pages Windows 2000 & XP"
This is a utility that will correct the problem hopefully
