IP Office 10.1.0.3 - Embedded Voicemail - Intuity Mode not acting right

Installed system this week. When users access voicemail, system does not react consistently with the options.

Example: User goes in to record name for the first time during the tutorial. If the system tells the users to press # to approve and the user presses #, it comes back and says "invalid entry, press ** H for help". This is just one example. Recording greetings, getting messages, deleting messages, etc. The system comes back and says, "invalid entry".


System has been rebooted both warm and cold. The invalid entry prompts are happening for all users.


Any one have similar experience?
