Java Script modification

I am using Visio to generate web pages of flow charts and have run into issues with presentation related to how Visio uses frames to display info. Does anyone know how to alter the profile of the java scripting function so I do not have to make the same HTML edits everytime I resave a file? I would like to be able to change how Visio saves to HTML and possibly eliminate frames all together. I have heard Dreamweaver has some distillers for various applications that strips out the bogus HTML code provided by the vendors, does anyone have experience with them and Visio?
