HI GUYS
good to meet you in this group
I am planning to learn learn Webfocus basically i have good experience in java ,pl.do give me suggestions how to start with.

thanks in advance

If you are brand new to WebFOCUS, I would recommend a little manual called "Introduction to WebFOCUS", dn4500245.0300. For those of us that prefer book learning, it is a pretty good tutorial, and should have been shipped EITHER on the Doc CD, or as a single hard copy. It may also be available from the IBI website to download as a .pdf file.

I would also recommend checking with the local branch to see if there is a local user group in your area; these usually meet once a quarter.

IBI offers a full suite of training classes; many third party consultants also do training. Sadly, there is not a lot of third party training doc, but almost any manual on FOCUS or WebFOCUS will be helpful, since you are coming from a procedural background.

Hope this helps; good luck!!
