List config all showing "?" in board

Customer has a G3v6 offer "B" with a TN2464 DS1 board and integrated CSU. Customer started complaining of static on calls. Accessed the system and see a "?" on a list config all for the TN2464 board. Inserting another TN2464 in s spare slot gives the same result. Can do a change cir and manually assign the circuit board, but the system does not automatically recognize the boards by just slotting the boards. This DS1 has been operational for a couple of years without a problem.

prologics cabinets have a software bug that shows up at times.
list config board and list config all don't line up with actual circuit-packs.
slots are shifted and off by one slot. Easiest to see on the page where the tn798 or tn2402 processor is.
