local delivery problem

Hi all,<br>I have recently upgraded my sendmail.<br>Since then, a weird problem occured.<br>When I try to send a local message from a non-root shell, the following error appears in syslog:<br><br>Aug 15 15:51:39 sbline sendmail[20899]: e7FCpdh20899: from=vid3101, size=72, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=&lt;<A HREF="mailto:200008151251.e7FCpdh20899@sbline.net">200008151251.e7FCpdh20899@sbline.net</A>&gt;, relay=vid3101@localhost<br>Aug 15 15:51:39 sbline sendmail[20904]: e7FCpdh20899: SYSERR(vid3101): openmailer: insufficient privileges to change gid<br>Aug 15 15:51:39 sbline sendmail[20902]: e7FCpdh20899: to=vladi, ctladdr=vid3101 (1013/1120), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=30072, dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred<br><br>and the messages is then placed in the queue, with a deffered status<br><br>however, it stays there until the next time the mail server walks through the queue and is sent then...<br><br>if I try to send a non-local message, everything is OK.<br><br>Where is the problem?<br><br>Please help.<br><br>Best Regards<br>Vassil Dimitrov
