Hi everybody, its my first time here :), glad to find you's

im new just got psp 7, could some one tell me what are the width and height for a top logo to go all the way across the top of the page,

hi , im back, yes , im want to make a logo for the top of my page. i go, file, new, and the dialog box to set the dimensions pops up, what do i set the width to, so my logo will go all the way across the page, (at the top)

Hi Joe,

The width is relative to the width you are coding for. Most people have the screen resolution set to 800 by 600. However, because larger monitors are becoming less and less expensive, more people are able to use wider screen resolutions.

So if you created your logo, say 750 pixels wide, it would span most of the page, for most of the people, but not for all the people.

I would suggest 700 or 750 pixels to be about the max in width for a logo on the web. Of course, you need to consider the weight and download time of large logos.
