M3903 Call Log Options 1

I notice the M3903 logs calls and caller ID for incoming/all calls (whatever option is enabled). Is there a way to log the time and date of the calls to view on the call log?

Is there another phone or CLS of service change that can be used to display time and date of logged calls? Thanks.

Bump...any suggestions? Phone type or programming change to get the time and date to display on logged calls?

I have a 3904 and the logged calls do display the time and date. I would assume a 3903 set would show the time and date as well. It should look something like this:

01 Callers List FEB20 3:53pm
Unknown Name
xxxxxxx

02 Callers List FEB23 10:18am
Unknown name
xxxxxxxx

I don't have a 3903 to look at so does it look different than this?

Thanks telebub. On the 3903, it shows:
01 Callers list
xxx-xxx-xxxx

No date and time. I didn't know if there was a CLS change I could make for it to stamp the date or not. I will try and 3904 and see if that works. Thanks again.

No, there's nothing in CLS for this. Call Log is a feature of the set, not the TN.

on the m3903 set, when looking at the call log, you should have an option to arrow down to see the rest of the log info...such at the time and date. the 3903 display is limited and can't display all the data, you have to arrow down to see all of it.

on the m3903 you have to arrow right then arrow down to see the date/time stamp

Thanks everyone. I had the arrow over part, but didn't realize that I could arrow down for the time/date. I ended up changing out the phone of the user to a 3904, prior to seeing all of the answers here.
