Mail stays in outbox till clicked on

Email is staying in inbox until its clicked on. Switched from mixed to native mode still didnt fix. Fixed dns servers and added forwarding. Any help will be great. TIA.

If what you mean is that the mail shows in the inbox when it is unread (bold subject line) and as soon as you click on it, it disappears, then check for a filter set to only show unread items.

Sorry let me refrase that it sticking in the outbox until i click on it then it send if i dont it take a few secounds to send it out

that's a problem with your local machine, not exchange. This usually happens with machines with Win Xp SP2. If this is the case, Try disabling the windows firewall, this worked for one of my users.

Dont disable the firewall, just add an exception, select outlook.exe, and edit the field so that it contains the IP address of your exchange server.
