I have an error in Manager:
EU24 modules count exceeds 8 maximum limit for IP Office.

This is a 300+ phone system and, in reality, has a total of ZERO EU24 modules. But I'm having a difficult time convincing Manager of that fact. I've had the error since upgrading from 412 to 500V2 several months ago. Don't know that it is hurting anything, but would feel better if it went away.

Suggestions? Other than re-confguring by hand...
Thanks.
Mike

Possibly some users have buttom programming passed button 24?

ACSS (SME)

One of these days everything will work as it should, and then we'll all be out of a job!

I have seen this error coming by once in a while.
It is a bug.
Are you on 6.1 ?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

@TheSmash - on my house system, added functions on buttons 30 & 31 - didn't get the same error.
@tlpeter - system is on 7.0.27(XXX) - the current "patch" version on support site. System WAS on 4.X before the upgrade. This system started on 7.0.23

If it's a harmless bug - no worries. But we're having some one-way audio issues on initial incoming calls (ISDN PRI being answered by 5410 digital - no IP involved) - and I want to clear up any coulies before opening a case.

Cheers

Then you have two different issues here.
I would concentrate on the one way voice and leave the EU24 issue.
