A caller to a huntgroup hears a message "Extention is busy, one moment please" when the member in the huntgroup is on the phone.
But the waiting message repeats to fast.
The situation:
Huntgroup with 1 member which has Forward Busy/No Answer to VM
In VM Unity there is a profile for the DN and the huntgroup is added to Alternate Extentions.
The options under 'Call Transfer are:
"Transfer incoming calls to subscriber's phone?" is set to No (send directly to subscriber's greeting)
"Transfer type" = "Release to switch".
I've tried to set the "Transfer type" to "Supervise transfer" with "Rings to wait for = 2" but the still the message repeats to fast.
I use a Cisco CallManager 3.3 with Cisco Unity Version 4.0 Build Number 4.0(3)
