Hi all,
I have an XP Pro SP2 machine with an ASUS P4S800-MX Motherboard (Onboard Sound).
When I connect a microphone to the machine, the "Volume Control" Pannel says its not muted, and the "Recording Control" says it is muted. But, I cannot Un-Mute the Recording Control's mute button on the pannel. It simply won't let me.
I have re-instaled all of the sound drivers and the "SoundMAX Control Panel"
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Brett
