MICS w/hospitality problem

We're installing a MICS 7.1 in a motel. Can't get the feature to work, where the front desk can set a wake up alarm in the room. I can get to where it asks for the room number, but it wont let me enter it. I am wondering if the feature has to be turned on somewhere for each ext. number that is assigned to a room.
Any ideas?

under system programming then hospitality.

correct under the hospitality you set up the ext to rooms

that way you can have multi ext's in the same room and don't need to change all sets
