We have a customer that called the other day and said that they were not getting the callers name on calls any longer coming from AAM menus.
We tested if I do a list trace it shows the number on any incoming call but they all say CP-Name not found.
The name is showing on the set but I was wondering why it always said No CP-name on all calls?
We are also getting the name on all calls with the exception of one menu / caller application now. But it still bothers me that the trace shows no CP-name found or provided
