Need help getting Apache to serve .vsd files

Hi,<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm looking for guidance on how to get my Apache Webserver v1.3.4 on AIX to serve .vsd files.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've put the .vsd files in my public_html/lib directory but when I go there with my browser I can't see the .vsd files.
