Need help to create & e-mail PDF or HTML reports 1

I need to create reports and e-mail them to recipients who will not have the Actuate Viewer installed. I will generate multiple reports and send each report to a different recipient. The e-mail addresses will be derived from the value of a field in the database. If a report is generated for entity xyz, I will send the e-mail to xyz@somewhere.com. Can someone please provide or point me to an example that will create the report in a .pdf, .htm, or .html format as well as what is required to get the server to e-mail the report as an attachment. I could also e-mail a link to the report, as long as it is non-roi. I am using Actuate 5. Thanx.

It is possible to frite a function in the finish method of a report that creates a pdf of the report. An easier method is to use a third party software solution such as RightFax.
