ODBC Of WinNt4

HI...
I have windows NT4,IIS4,database Ms Access.
Is ODBC Of WinNt4 ARABIC language. If no tell me how to make it.
Above quistion is as aresult of the following problem:
when I retrieve data from Ms Access database, I got "?????" insted of the arabic word. I think the problem with IIS4 i have. if i am wrong, tell me please the solution.

ODBC is not the issue. You have to change the CODEPAGE and LOCALEID on the ASP page. If your database is not UNICODE then you will also have an issue as it will probably not store non Western European character set characters.
I have had a lot of experience with this issue.
