opening a file

I have a location on my computer of <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;c:\program files\bosfax\bin\fxsclient.exe<br><br>I need to be able to run it with a vbscript and so far have had no luck finding any information in the manuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any help would be appreciated.
