Outlook 2003 Freezes When CRM for Outlook is installed

I am running into problems with Outlook freezing (on 1 out of 8 systems) in a remote location. Trying to avoid a wipe & reload of system. When the COM AddIn is disabled (Outlook does this automagicly when it detects the lockup the first time) it works fine. If I manually re-enable it by checking the box or re-adding the plugin it locks again.

Has anyone experienced this before and have a possible fix?
