Outlook and O-Express shared Dist. lists???

Can you share an address book for Outlook and Outlook Express users. I have users who have to have Outlook (Exchange server) and the rest will run off an internal email server (no idea what THAT will be yet) BUT they all need to be able to pick ANY user (O/OE)from a list, AND it needs to have distribution list abilities too. I only want to maintain ONE list of email addresses.

Basically the user needs to be able to select any user wheither in Outlook (Exchange)or Outlook Express (third party email server). Whithout having to connect to Exchange (too much at $61 a head).
