I am using Active State Perl under NT 4.0 SP4. I am using the "GD" graphics module to generate on-the-fly GIF images in my Perl scripts for display on the web. This GD package works but is pretty basic and somewhat limited and tedious to use. I was wondering if there are any other better graphics packages for Perl out there?

Depends what you mean by graphics. Are you talking about charting data? If so, try the Chart module. This uses GD as a backend, and has various charts available. I use it under Unix, so you'll need to check if there's a Win32 version available.

Thanks! Chart was exactly what I was looking for. It's a real time saver compared to just using GD alone.
