Perspective grid

Using Frehand..
1.Menu bar - View - Perspective Grid - Show Grid
2.You can go back to same loction and define grid for more than one vanishing point.

Now that you have your grid up, you have to use the perspective grid tool. The easiest way to find it on a PC is, right click - tools - perpective. Now you have the perspective tool and can grap the grid or the end points to get it into place. You can move it to mock the one you asked about.

Now you just have to draw it using the grid as a guide. I hope this helps! If not sorry for wasting your time!
