Hello I have an opt 61c using 2616 phones. I know I have asked questions before about privacy rls but I have a client who seems to want it different. Currently if I want to allow privacy release in CLS I program POA on all phone with same ext that I want to allow, but this is all the time. My client is ok with that and requesting for a button that i could program and if he press that disables the Privacy release. Is this possible? Could help with command lines please?

Thank you

It is KEY PRS

To allow someone with another appearance of your DN to enter a call:

1. Press PRS key. All appearances of that DN flash. One other party can enter the call by pressing the flashing DN key that has the call.
2. You must press PRS again to allow another appearance of the DN to enter the call.

Thank you for the information! I have done some testing and this works that way. Is there a way to always have privacy release to work the opposite? I have a client that I have allowed POA on both his and assistant phone so that she may join his lines at any time. He is requesting a button that he could push that would make his line private for that call. Is there a way to program this?
I know that I can program a PRS key and he can press on each call to allow her access it I do not program POA in her CLS.

I appreciate you and this site for all it helpful tips and people!
