Problem with ios 10 & one X

We are seeing a strange problem with an IPhone on ios 10 using the One-x application (V4.0.6)

it will not start unless access to the contacts is disabled

Has anyone seen this before


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

My coworker has IOS10, does not have this issue. Uninstall and reload.
