rdisk in windows 2003

Anybody know how to create rdisk (emergency repair disk) in windows 2003 ? Is it same as system recovery option in backup utility ?

Sort of, the system recovery option is new to Win2k3 and is really a sweet deal. It is a combination of a floppy and a tape that allows you to do a full system restore without having to first install the OS to get access to NTBackup.

If you have your heart set on an old fashioned RDISK, you can create one following the instructions in the MSKB.
