Hi,
I want to program a solution, but don’t know if possible.
We’ve a LDN with attendant VDN and a attendant Night service in tenant 1. When night service is activated, the call route to an announcement.
We’ve several stations who are in tenant 2. I want to route to the attendant in tenant 1 in the coverpath from this stations. It works when I configure the VDN extension, or the attendant extension in the coverpaht, but when Night service is activated in tenant 1, the calls from tenant 2 does not follow the nightservice.
Tenant 1 goes into night service. Stations in tenant 2 have to route to this attendant and have to follow the night service. Night service is configured in tenant 1, But in the coverpath, I can’t route to a LDN number.
I’ve tried to set a VDN with vector in the coverpath, in the vector I route to the LDN number, but that doesn’t work.
What is the best solution in this case?

Hardware Platform?
Definity/CM Software Version?

I'm sorry for the missing information.
It's a duplicated Avaya Communication Manager solution, installed on VMWARE, 6.3.
