On our web servers we have the Seagate Info 7.5 web server installed. We also have the Crystal 8.5 web components (minus the wcsinsapi.dll which is replaced by the SI 7.5 web server) installed for "on-line" viewing of some reports that are never run through Seagate Info. The servers are all running Windows Server 2003.
I have a couple of servers that work great and there are no problems. However, I have two where the connection to SI is fine, but when I bring up the ActiveX viewer to display an on-line report that's been run only through Crystal, nothing appears in the viewer.
It looks like everything is set up the same - file locations, dll's that are registered, virtual directories in IIS. Does anyone have any thoughts about what might be going on?

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.
