SBT 6.5 - Batch printing sales orders

Hello All,
We are running SBT 6.5. Recently we started noticing that when we batch print sales orders with their packing slips, some orders do not print in consecutive order and their packing slips do not appear after the same sales order page. Can some one bring any ideas as to why this may happen and how it can be fixed? We have reindexed all app files and recalc balances.
