Security tab on Folder Options

Hi guys!

I was wondering, how can I show the security tab on the folder options dialog box? Im a user on a winxp box set as Computer Administrator, yet I dont know how to make the security tab show! I even went to the built in help for this one.

I want that security tab to show coz I want to specify what a user can do on a specific file/folder. Its making me crazy! Please Help!
