Session ends when using ActiveX viewer

I'm creating a asp portal to access some crystal reports. I'm using the session functionality ASP offers me. When i'm opening a report through the ActiveX viewer provided to me by Crystal, the session gets terminated.

Is this problem known by anyone, and do you have a solution?
