Small office alog ports

We have installed a small-office by a customer, with software 3.1.56 now, the analog ports are locked, a couple of times in a week, after a reboot, it's working al fine.

Does anyone have a solution, to solve this problem.

I would go the the DTE and reset the box.. Possibly corrupted config. If nothing else, RMA it.. You said it's new right?
