special fields - Record Selection Formula Truncates

My record selection is quite long. I would like to print it on the report so my users are able to see how we gathered the information. My problem is the Record Seletion Formula in the Special Fields section truncates after some # of characters. I have inserted it into a formula and expanded the text to 500 but it is truncating in the same position each time.

Any thoughts?

Jill,

Have you tried just creating a text box in the report footer, which you then just copy and paste the Record Selection Criteria into for display purposes?
I don't think theres a limit on the size of the text box (although you didnt say what version of crystal you are using)

Otherwise maybe just type a plain english version of the selection criteria in the text box rather than the full code.
