Hi,
I want to load speed number in ipldk100 hotel ( so when i want to call some one i just call it whit a speed number, and when i call me i look the name) but how many number can i load with speed editor?
I ask that because if i put speed number in 7024 digital phone i can insert number from position 201 to 299 ( so i have 99 speed numer), but speed editor pdf manual show number from 2000 to 4999.
speed number are different? from pbx and phone?
Is it possible to recaal then simply write 202 instead speed button and 202? as a virtual extension

Hi!

Each telephone user has access to 99 (or 100) personal speed dialling numbers.
These personal numbers are programmed by the user him/herself.
The common speed dialling number range is 2000 to 4499, i.e. 1500 speed dialling numbers.
These common numbers are programmed by the attendant. (Extension number seen in PGM164).

i look in user programming manual, but PGM164 is to programm ATTENDANT ASSIGNMENT.
If a want programming common speed dialling without Speed Editor how i can, what is the procedure?
The common speed dialling nummer can be used by all phone of the network ? bca or digital? How?

First you must program an attendant in PGM164.
From the attendants telephones set you press:
[TRAN/PGM] + [SPEED] + 2000 + the number to dial + [HOLD/SAVE]
Then it should work.
To call a speed dialing number just press [SPEED] + 2000.
(fron any phone in the system).

I trie but when i digit 2000 the first 200 recall position number 200 then the last 0 it use it as first number to dial.
I also trie to write 3000 but it ring beep beep beep.
I trie in hotel version from attendant number 1 2 and 3.
From bca how can i recall ?

You are right.
The ipLDK-100 HOTEL has only 100 speed dial numbers (number 200~299).( If it was the office model of ipLDK-100 it would have been number 2000-3499 for speed dial numbers (1500 in total).
When programming speed dial numbers you do not need to enter prefix code for the CO lines (often "0").
Just enter the "normal" number as you would enter when calling from a e.g. home PSTN line.

i trie to memo my number and name but when i call from outside, the attendat don't display my name but only my number as a normal call.
i must do some thing to associate the name stored in speed dial ?
I can use also speed editor for hotel version, realy?
How to look com speed setting in pbx? i have a printer to print documentationt to guest and i d'like use the same cable.

To see the name of the speed dialling number, when dialling in to the attendant or any other keyset, you hvae to set the CLI Name Display in PGM114 button 11 to ON.
Then it should be possible to see the name.

The Speed Dialling Editor can be used with ipLDK-100, but only through the LANU board. It will also work with the Hotel version of ipLDK-100.
The newest version of the Speed dialling Editor PC program is version: 3.1Ac

Hello Goldrake

I am sorry to say that the Speed Dialling Editor only works with the LANU board. If you install the PC program it is not possible to choose the serial connection.

I enable PGM114 button 11 to ON but:

the name is displaied only in 1 attendat where the name is stored.
i trie to enable whit ENTER STA RANGE the other attendant (where name is not store) and them don't display name
How to display name in all phone of the system?
i can not use an older version of speed deialling editor

If you use ISDN and DDI numbers, then it should be possible for ALL stations in the system to see the number or the name (if the name is in the speed dialling list).
So take the lowest and highest number in your numbering plan and go to PGM114 BTN11 and enter these numbers in the "ENTER STA RANGE" e.g. 300345.
Make a call to e.g. station 333 and you should be able to see the name of the caller, instead of his number.

You can try using an elder version of the speed dialling editor. Baudrate should be 19200 bits/s, 8N1.

How to look for setting of com port trough lcd phone?
Last: the lanu card is an option or is a part gived whit main bord? how much doest it cost?

I am sorry, but I don't have the Speed dialling Editor PC program in version 2.2.
Maybe another "colleague" in this forum can help?
LANU is an option for the MPB (processor board).

I do not know the COM port setting for the LDP/LKD keysets with build in CTIU board, but I guess that it 19200/8/N/1.
