Customer has G3v13.

They want to start using TAAS to assist with picking up calls in attendant queue.

They have assigned buttons on their phones for Atd-qcalls. Threshold set to 10 seconds. FAC for TAAS is #10. Autodial button set to dial #10. Port set to external alerting.

Can not set backup alerting to yes, get an error saying this can not be assigned due to tenant partitioning. They have tenant partitioning so that they can have two separate MOH sources.

When calls come into the attendant and are in the queue, they can press the qcalls button and see calls are in the queue, however they get a busy signal when dialing #10. The qcalls button does not beep at them, but I assume this is due to the inability to activate backup alerting.

TAAS code is used when system is put on night service and the TAAS bell is ringing.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

I have other systems using attendant backup and this works when the system is in day mode.

The difference is tenant partitioning.

The TAAS service works when in night mode. The attendant qcall button works if pressed, but does not beep and alert. When I try and enable backup alerting, it says it can not be enabled since tenant partitioning is active.

When I move all phones to tenant 1 and black Tenant 2 fields, I still can not enable backup alerting
