TCM rx error 48?

Hi all,
New install with IP500V2 on r7.0.12 using PRI. We're having lots of times when all calls drop simultaneously. Monitor shows:


95033806mS PRN: 05aa19cd - Tcm rx error 48 on port 0
95034423mS PRN: 05aa1c37 - Tcm rx error 48 on port 2
95035477mS PRN: 05aa2054 - Tcm rx error 48 on port 2
95036663mS PRN: 05aa24f7 - Tcm rx error 44 on port 0
95037722mS PRN: 05aa291a - Tcm rx error 48 on port 0
95040058mS PRN: 05aa323a - Tcm rx error 48 on port 0
95041836mS T1DSP: PRIU DSP 1: is alive

continually. The carrier reports that the pipe is clean after intrusive testing last night. We've done lots of PRI - first one that we've really ever had issues.

More hints:
SSA shows lines in service then all will instantly go out of service. A moment later they'll go back into service
We have 8 channels administered as in service - rest are intentionally out of service. At times only the first six show "idle" and channels 7 & 8 that field is blank.

Ideas appreciated.
