Testing MWL on NT8D09 1

I need to turn on/off MW lamps for testing only. OPT21 with no Call Center. The PBX is only for tests while repairing NT8D09 cards. Which LD with what commands?

Install a digital card in the system and build yourself a 2616 test phone. Program MIK and MCK (message indicator and message cancel) keys on the 2616. Use those keys to turn on and off message lights.

Thanks telebub, I have the NT8D09 at 8 0 8 (250-265)and a NT8D02 at 8 0 0 with 2616 connected to 8 0 0 0 (350). How do I proceed, what commands I need to enter.
