Mbhandari,

The renaming of the Q2Q file worked! and the router took the configuration. However, I see nowhere to enter route information. Can you enter a static route in Bay routers? Or does the route get ripped dynamically from the other side? Any help you can give would be appreciated. Also do you know where I can get a command line reference, I cant find anything on Nortel's website.

Thanks, you know your stuff,

RKMorrow

I wanted to know which Suite of Bay Software you have.
As such thier is no command for configuring Routes on simple console. You have to go to bcc for adding the route.
type BCC at console.
you will get
bcc> config
#ip
ip# static network/mask/gateway
# back
#save config config

If you don,t have then look for Site Manager. I don't know excataly that Q2C have any option to add Static route
