trend micro server protect software communication issues

I have trend micro server software on a windows 2000server, it is being used as the information server, and I cannot connect to 8 of 22 normal servers. In the management console there are stop sign symbols beside these non-communicating servers. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this it would be appreciated.

I am not really sure why you posted this to the Virus forum. It sounds more like a hardware connectivity issue. I could be wrong... Terry M. Hoey
