UC360 Line out

Hi in the UC 360 user guide it says "The audio output from UC360 calls is always to the UC360 built-in hands-free speaker. The HDMI device's speakers are not used."
Does anyone know if this is switchable or if there's a way to get an audio out feed?
We're trying to connect one to the Board room audio system and have connected the delegate mic system to the line in but can't get a feed to the surround sound audio system.

Hi I've just found out that "External Audio input jack 3.5mm TRS (hardware only;
not supported in current release)" according to the spec sheet on Mitel.co.uk does anyone know what the latest sw version is for the MiVoice video conference unit, and where to get it?

2.1.0.13 is the latest version that i can see there

2.1.1.10 is due to be released shortly

The Jack is for use with external Microphones

Hi,
does anyone know if there's a newer software version than 2.1.0.13 ? I'm still trying to get a line out feed, HDMI audio is disabled and a USB headset doesn't work.
Also
I've just re read the config guide and changed the sip device capabilities form. "sip device capabilities 71 is the default for UC36o" Then "there are parameters in 71 that are not compatible with UC360" Seems a bit confusing but now using 7 with the settings shown.

Hi,

2.1.1.10 was out in July. This does not detail anything regarding external audio. The Jack again only states for Microphones.

We logged a Mitel ticket for something completely different regarding a UC360 and they stated that a new release of software was due in September so any time now. Maybe what you are after will be in that.

New version release notes are out [2.1.2.8 ], new software isn't yet released
The 3.5 Mm jack is an Input NOT an output .

I don't think this is likely to change , its for the external revolabs wireless mic's
