I am modifying existing report; the queries and the prompts have changed.

The UserResponse from the old report still work, but the ones for the new prompts I have added display as #ERROR.

If I delete an existing userresponse from the formula bar, and re-enter with the same exact spelling, it no longer works, but errors out.

What went wrong?

We saw this bug a while ago in R2. just build a variable with the exact same syntax and use it instead of the formula and it works.

If the Prompt message have changed, it will this error. if for
instance the prompt was "Enter Item Number" in the old report,
and now the new report prompt string is "1-Enter Part Number:"
it will cause the problem you are seeing. The fix is to copy
the String exactly as it appears in the prompt and paste it
into the variable or formula displaying the prompt.
