We are using Approach over a small network and I would like to know is it possible to use it as a pure client server model or does approach have to be installed on every machine and point to the database?

Steve

Approach should be installed on each machine and just share the application files on the server (.APR and database files).

While there is a "server-node" option, it does not make it into a "client-server" system. It merely slows things down by having each machine load Approach from the server instead of the local hard drive.
