I'm new to all these jazz...is there anyway i can use the PSP 7 to rotate ie. from a plane view into another perspective?

vector into 3D

Do you move a 2D shape into pseduo 3D or just rotate a 2D shape? (In which case go to Image\Rotate)

(If you want to convert a 2D shape into a 3D one, use Photoshop 5)
(N.B. For those following earlier thread about PSP vs Photoshop; that's something else Photoshop can do that PSP can't. =) )
