Vodavi Starplus - DND button not working properly

We are using a Vodavi Starplus SPD 1428/2856 with voice mail. I have the FWD+[9] (busy/no answer call forward) to 440, but when I turn on the DND button the incoming caller gets dumped back to menu 100, auto-attendant. I have tried switching to FWD+[7] (no answer call forward) and using the DND button, but I get the same results, dumping back to auto-attendant. Does anyone know if there is something I am doing wrong or if I need to adjust a setting in the system or voicemail? Please Help!

when extension is idle, dial 640,9,440 then try your dnd button and test again.Good Luck...

Ravnz5, I tried the codes you suggested (after turning FWD off), 640 (FWD) + 9 + 440, and then turning on the DND, but I get the same result being placed back to menu 100 (Auto-attendant). Is there anything else I can try or is there a way to reset the DND funtion or is it possible that the DND is not setup properly?

If you know how to get into system programming, go to flexible button programming and you can see what the buttons are programmed as for your extension. You may have to reprogram your dnd button again.
