Web Development Question.

Is there an industry standard in terms of rates for web development? I'm trying not to get ripped off but the prices seem so extreme. Can anyone please refer me or inform me on web development price lists in HTML and in FLASH. I'm also interested in different forms of advertising if you have any referals.

Not too sure what you are trying to do or what type of web site you are trying to make but it is not that difficult. People will quote you all types of prices but you need to know what you want. Find a website on the net which you would like to emulate and tell people how much it would cost to do that. My website is
